Got this in the mail today I’m going to report out on how this works for me. I am not clinically diagnosed having ADHD. I think social media though has made me take on some of those traits.
As a reminder ADHD stands for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. I think some people are born with this, but I also think it can be nurtured especially in the way that we engage with technology these days.
